Chief Executive Officer
Mohd Shamir Ramli has 25+ years in electrical engineering, power transmission and asset management. Starting in 1997 at TNB, he has held several leadership positions, including Head of Design in Grid Development (2023-2024), COO at Malaysia Transformer Manufacturing (2020-2023), and Head of Grid Maintenance (South) in Johor.

Ir. Ts. Mohd Zaid Mohd Nordin has 19+ years in Distribution Network (DN) operations and maintenance, project planning, customer service, retail, HSE and Real Estate Ventures in TNB. He has an MBA Executive Development Program with Melbourne University and UNITEN, a Certified Business Valuer, a Certified Green Building Index Facilitator (GBIF) and serves on REV Zenith Sdn Bhd board

Salahuddin Adri Ahmad has 20+ years in finance and management, treasury operations, banking administration, business development, and Online Banking platform implementation. He held leadership positions in TNB Engineering Corporation Sdn. Bhd., TNB Fuel Services Sdn. Bhd., Fibrecomm Network (M) Sdn. Bhd, He graduated from Lincoln University, New Zealand.
Muhammad Mohd Yunos,

Muhammad bin Mohd Yunos has 20+ years in network strategy framework, organisation transformation, project management, project steering and technology operations. Starting at Maxis, he planned and built the Fixed and Enterprise network solution, and in Time dotCom Bhd (TIME), he was the Head of BIG Network. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong.

Shahromi bin Abd Malek, with 25+ years in telecoms, specializes in business development, strategic partnerships, and technical planning for connectivity services. He led global sales in Indochina, Singapore, Hong Kong, and North Asia, focusing on connectivity for carriers, OTT services, data centers, and new markets. He has an MBA (Finance) from Universiti Putra Malaysia and an Electrical, Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Brighton, UK.
